Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

• The service was not delivered within the agreed timeframe
• You made full payment, but the service has not yet started
• You cancelled the service before it began

Refunds will not be issued if:

• Part of the service has already been delivered
• Your account is penalized due to violations of the game's terms
